1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jlaaa website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by jlaaa ("we," "us," or "jlaaa"). By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the jlaaa Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jlaaa Platform and, if applicable, deactivate your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the jlaaa Platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing without an account, and any person who accesses the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any jurisdiction where Philippine online gaming regulations apply.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jlaaa, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are accessing jlaaa from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate in online casino gaming;
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or enforced self-exclusion order from jlaaa or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming venue;
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of jlaaa or any of its affiliated entities or game providers;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an account terminated by jlaaa for breach of these Terms.

jlaaa reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks on any account at any time, including during registration, upon any withdrawal request, and during periodic account reviews. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of the account and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming on jlaaa, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. jlaaa reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jlaaa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual - whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses - constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlaaa employs technical and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts linked to the same individual, jlaaa reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlaaa account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify jlaaa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jlaaa will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use occurred prior to your notification of jlaaa.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jlaaa is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all account holders. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, or GSIS card), proof of address, and in some cases proof of source of funds. Account functionality, including withdrawal access, will be limited until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlaaa accepts deposits through PAGCOR-approved payment channels available to Philippine players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet, and participating bank accounts at BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00. jlaaa does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Deposit amounts reflect in your jlaaa wallet upon confirmation by the payment network, which varies by provider and is outside jlaaa's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered to and verified in the name of the jlaaa account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya for fully verified accounts are typically processed within one to five minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay may take up to one business day. jlaaa reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

jlaaa reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering checks. Where an account is under investigation, jlaaa will notify the account holder and seek to resolve the matter as expeditiously as possible.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jlaaa offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and referral incentives. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and claim deadlines. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

jlaaa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited to an account and in the process of being wagered in good faith. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

jlaaa employs systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Strategies or behaviors determined by jlaaa to constitute bonus abuse - including but not limited to low-risk hedging across multiple outcomes, automated betting patterns, or coordinated play among multiple accounts - will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, account suspension, and potential permanent banning.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the jlaaa Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognized third-party testing agencies. Live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment broadcast in real time from certified studio environments. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published within the game information panels accessible on the Platform.

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game session, jlaaa will resolve the matter in accordance with the affected game provider's established error resolution policy. jlaaa's determination of game outcomes in dispute situations is final where the RNG or live dealer records are definitive. jlaaa is not liable for losses attributable to poor internet connectivity on the player's side.

Any malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect display of game outcome, balance, or odds voids all affected bets. Bets placed after a manifest error has occurred are similarly void. jlaaa reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid as a result of an error and to adjust player balances accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlaaa Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 3.2;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or cheating in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or any unauthorized third-party program to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain and failing to report them to jlaaa immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion restrictions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlaaa staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any part of the jlaaa Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlaaa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall appearance and design of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of jlaaa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. The jlaaa name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jlaaa.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Content without prior written authorization from jlaaa.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlaaa, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss.

jlaaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlaaa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

jlaaa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlaaa disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

jlaaa collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The manner in which jlaaa handles your personal data - including what is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject - is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, available at jlaaa.cam/privacy-policy.

By using the jlaaa Platform and providing personal information, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights as a data subject (including the right to access, correct, or object to the processing of your personal data) by contacting our Data Protection Officer through our 24/7 live chat support.

11. Responsible Gaming

jlaaa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Betting Limits: Restrict the maximum amount wagered per bet or per session;

All self-exclusion requests made to jlaaa are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Cooling-off and deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour reflection period.

12. Suspension & Termination

jlaaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• At the direction of a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination of your account for legitimate reasons unrelated to breach or suspected illegal activity, jlaaa will return any remaining verified balance to a verified payment method registered in your name. Where an account is terminated due to breach or suspected illegal activity, jlaaa reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and legal advice.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting jlaaa support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with applicable game rules.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlaaa arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting jlaaa's customer support team, providing full details of the dispute. jlaaa commits to responding to all formal complaints within five business days. If the matter is not resolved through this process, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jlaaa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlaaa will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice upon login. The effective date of any amended Terms will be stated clearly at the top of the Terms document.

Your continued use of the jlaaa Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
